I’ve been trying to move more slowly this week. Perhaps that is my spiritual practice for this week we call Holy Week. I have been trying not to hurry and to take plenty of time for whatever I’m doing.

Walking the labyrinth can help to slow me down. I’ve taken the RCWMS labyrinth two different places in the last two weeks. Last week, it was at Duke Chapel for a day.

The lights are dim and it is usually very quiet in the chapel.

Then this week the labyrinth was at Binkley Baptist Church in Chapel Hill. There was a new sign announcing the Holy Week Labyrinth Walk this year.

Below is a picture of what the labyrinth looks like when it is spread out inside Binkley Baptist Church.

I hope you have walked a labyrinth. If not, you might want to hunt around for one.
